Complaint Redressal Process
- Grievance Officer shall acknowledge any complaint pursuant to the above process within three days from the date of receipt of the complaint;
- After reviewing the complaint, if the notified complaint does not violate the ‘Code of Self Regulatory Body,’ the Grievance Officer will respond within ten working days from the receipt of the complaint; If the evaluation process requires more than ten working days, a formal communication will be sent on complainant’s registered email ID;
- After reviewing the complaint, if the notified content violates the ‘Code of Self Regulatory Body,’ the Grievance Officer will respond within ten working days from the receipt of the complaint and shall provide appropriate redressal.
